Rob Spectre, formerly of Arturo Got The Shaft and currently of (dream) Not Of today, ended his songwriting drought on Monday with “Sarah Palin is Qualified (To Go Out With Me)” via YouTube.
Indeed she is, Rob. And as you sing, it’s the only thing she’s qualified for!

What a funny song. Haven’t listened to AGTS in awhile. I was also listening to KDNE today and heard Shacker’s “Talk Me Down” on the radio. That was kind of a treat.

Cool! At times I’m tempted to post the best of Rob’s never-released “Fireflies” album to MFR. (I don’t because I’ve re-mixed and re-mastered the files and sent them to Rob to do what he wills.)
But… NEWS… he’s agreed to collaborate with me on a new recording of his winter song “25d” for XMAS! I’m stoked. I probably need to get busy on that.
I will also have awesome MFR news on SATURDAY…
