Bought a house on short notice, moved to Crete for three weeks to take care of Dad, learning a new job and a big, unexpected project landed on my desk… whew. Creative time, and the positive mindset effects of it, took a big hit. But I’m finding my footing again:
- I’ve started on the last four Dharmic Beams raw tracks for DB2. Each one requires different drum programming / synth / bass guitar approaches, which is part of the fun
- We have a strong run of Dat Fury Radio shows coming up, featuring Softcore Syndicate, Stik Figa, remst8, and Van Ripper x Galactifader
- I believe I have vocal mics set up for a tonnnnn of recording for Jam My Wave and Let’s Drift (~3+ albums’ worth of material in total!), and practice is going alright. My voice feels good and I’m daring to hope I might even be able to tackle two songs in some sessions
